The role of the Expander Repair Kit
The expander repair kit is mainly used to restore the sealing and movement of the brake wheel cylinder / caliper. It replaces aged, leaking or stuck seals to restore the normal extension and retraction of the cylinder, ensuring even braking force, no brake drag, no oil leakage, and extending the service life of the brake cylinder.

Working Principle of the Expander Repair Kit

1.When braking, brake fluid pushes the piston outward to expand the brake shoes or pads for braking.

2.Oil seals, dust boots and O-rings in the kit seal brake fluid to prevent leakage and maintain hydraulic pressure.

3.The dust boot prevents dust, dirt and water from entering the cylinder, avoiding piston seizure and cylinder wall wear.

4.When the brake is released, hydraulic pressure disappears, and the piston returns with the help of return springs and seal elasticity.

A:T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will send you the packing list and the photos of the products before your payment.
 
2.Q:Do you have MOQ request?
A: We don’t have MOQ request. We are wholesaler for ISUZU Truck spare parts, we have a large stock of products.
 
3.Q: What is the delivery time?
A: The delivery is depends on the storage. If the items we have in stock, we can make delivery within 7days. For the items need to be ordered the delivery is betwen20-45 days.
